Make home feel easier to share.
PlacePact gives every household a shared memory and a clear sense of what happens next—from viewings and move dates to rotas, repairs, costs and the practical answers people need at home.

Private by default. Invite only. Your household decides what is shared outside it.
Less household stress. More home.
Calendars for choosing a home and living in it
A Move calendar keeps viewings, follow-ups, tasks and the target move date connected to their source. A separate Household calendar keeps shared events, rotas, notices and repair milestones clear. A household may optionally connect its own dedicated PlacePact Google calendar without giving PlacePact access to personal calendars.
The home remembers
PlacePact keeps Wi-Fi, house rules, useful contacts, rotas, shared notices, purchases, paid help, receipts and repairs in one private household workspace. Physical labels at the door, washing machine, bin, room or cupboard open the relevant controlled action without granting access by themselves.
Built for residents and useful to responsible managers
A management relationship does not open the household. Conversations, Wi-Fi, expenses, personal dates, belongings and Move decisions remain private. A household manager may deliberately share an individual repair through a bounded operational handoff.
Clear from the start
Is PlacePact free for households?
Yes. The current household service is available without charge. Creating an account does not begin a paid trial or subscription.
Can a landlord see household activity?
No. A management relationship does not open the household. Only a deliberately shared, bounded operational record—currently an individual repair—can leave it.
Does everyone need an account immediately?
No. A resident can appear in the rota and household record before registering. Account access still requires the household’s approval.
Does PlacePact replace WhatsApp, Splitwise or Google Calendar?
Not necessarily. PlacePact keeps the durable household record and the action behind each date. It can complement chat, payment and calendar tools without silently importing them.
What happens when somebody moves out?
The household can record the change, revoke their current access and keep the necessary history and settlement trail without pretending they still live there.
