3. Real commute: use the door-to-door route you would actually make.
4. The honest reasons: one reason the home could win and one deal-breaker or unanswered question.
5. Next action: ask, view again, apply or pass—with one owner and one date.

Several viewings quickly become one vague memory. A short, consistent debrief makes homes comparable without inventing a suitability score. Unknown facts stay unknown until answered, and a favourite remains interest rather than proof.
