After a rental viewing · free scorecard · reviewed 14 August 2026

Remember the viewing you actually had.

Record five decisions while the home is still fresh, then carry the useful result into a private PlacePact Move.

The five-decision rental viewing debrief

  1. Total monthly cost: keep rent, likely bills and real travel cost visible together.
  2. Light and noise: record what you experienced rather than what the listing promised.
  3. Real commute: use the door-to-door route you would actually make.
  4. The honest reasons: one reason the home could win and one deal-breaker or unanswered question.
  5. Next action: ask, view again, apply or pass—with one owner and one date.

Why record it immediately?

Several viewings quickly become one vague memory. A short, consistent debrief makes homes comparable without inventing a suitability score. Unknown facts stay unknown until answered, and a favourite remains interest rather than proof.

Browser-only by default

The interactive scorecard saves only in the current browser. PlacePact does not receive the property label, cost, commute, reasons or next action. You can deliberately download or share an image, or start a private Move when you want a shared shortlist and calendar.
